Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK: right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and buy as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of the purchase without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us or Paddle in a clear statement, for example by email to kontakt@mockdeutsch.com; the model form below may be used but is not required. It is enough to send your statement before the fourteen days are over.
If you withdraw, Paddle refunds all payments without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your statement, using the payment method you used. Your access ends with the withdrawal.
Early end of the right: MockDeutsch is digital content. Your right of withdrawal ends when your access starts, if you expressly asked for access to start immediately and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. You give this consent with the tick box before buying.
