1. Who we are
These terms apply to every use of MockDeutsch, a service operated by MockDeutsch, Plot 4010, Namasuba, Kampala – Entebbe Road, Kampala, Uganda (“we”), and to every purchase made on it.
2. What MockDeutsch is
MockDeutsch offers practice exams in the format of recognised German language certificates and of the medical Fachsprachprüfung. All tasks are our own; we are not connected with the bodies that hold these exams. Writing and speaking are marked by artificial intelligence: these marks are estimates, not official results. Passing a practice exam does not predict passing the real one.
3. Access and prices
- Level pass (every exam at one level): €29.90 for the first level, €9.90 for each further level, each for 90 days. It includes 6 full timed sittings and 20 marked writing and speaking answers; reading, listening and language practice are unlimited.
- Top-up: €4.90 for 10 more marked answers and 3 more sittings within a running pass.
- Fachsprachprüfung: €89.00 for the first medical chamber, €39.00 for each further one.
Prices are final prices; any sales tax or VAT due in your country is included or added by Paddle at checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
4. Buying
Purchases are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the seller of record (Merchant of Record) for every order: Paddle takes the payment, charges and pays the tax, issues the invoice and handles payment and refund questions. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Your access starts as soon as the payment is complete.

Your access is personal and may not be shared or passed on. The tasks, texts, recordings and pictures may not be copied, published or sold. We may suspend an account that is used against these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep MockDeutsch available and correct, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may improve and change tasks and features; what you have paid for stays available for the time you paid for.
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and harm to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the access concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live also apply, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
11. Language
These terms are written in English; German and Spanish versions are translations. If they differ, the English version applies.
